Order Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST on business days are typically processed the same day. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays are processed the following business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Carriers
- Domestic shipments are fulfilled via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on size, weight, and destination.
- International shipments may be handed off to local postal carriers upon arrival in the destination country.
- Carrier selection is made at our discretion to provide the most reliable delivery experience.
Customs & International Orders
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees assessed by their country. Lasergizmo is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. Packages marked as returned to sender due to unpaid duties will be restocked; re-shipment fees will apply.
Laser products may be subject to import restrictions in certain countries. Please verify your local regulations before ordering. Lasergizmo is not responsible for packages seized by customs authorities due to import restrictions.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and, where applicable, ship a replacement or issue a refund.

Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be unused, unmodified, and in their original packaging.
- A valid order number is required to initiate a return.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.
- Consumables such as replacement batteries, lenses, or protective eyewear that have been opened.
- Products showing signs of physical damage caused by misuse or unauthorized modification.
- Digital downloads and software licenses.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective product or the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a prepaid return label and ship a replacement at no additional cost, or issue a full refund including original shipping charges.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us atreturns@lasergizmo.comwith your order number and reason for return.
- We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Pack the item securely, write the RMA number on the outside of the package, and ship to the address provided.
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns. Lasergizmo is not responsible for return packages lost in transit without tracking confirmation.
